Role Description

This full-time hybrid role based in Cairo offers the flexibility of partial work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, promoting comprehensive insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication of policy options and benefits. The agent will also maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales and understanding of Insurance products
  • Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with takaful insurance products is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment
