Role Description

The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and manage insurance sales initiatives, develop strategies to increase revenue, and build strong client relationships. This full-time role involves setting sales targets, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies. The position is on-site and based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
  • Understanding of Finance principles and the ability to implement financial strategies
  • Proven ability in Team Management and leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the insurance or financial sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is advantageous
