Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff position located in Cairo. As a member of the sales team, the Sales Staff will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting and selling life insurance products, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales skills: ability to generate leads, present and sell insurance products, and meet sales targets
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Market research and analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
