Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales (Real Estate) professional located in Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, training junior sales staff, and managing sales activities to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience with real estate markets, particularly in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
