Job Description :

  • Maintain and grow the company's client portfolio by building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Secure new revenue streams by identifying event opportunities and presenting tailored solutions that match client needs.
  • Lead all client negotiations including pricing, contract terms, service scope, and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by managing communication from initial inquiry through event delivery.
  • Work closely with event operations, creative, and production teams to ensure the proposed concepts, timelines, and budgets are delivered accurately.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to position the company competitively.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote services and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales; experience in event management is a MUST.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of event planning, production, and client servicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
