to join our Alexandria base and oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in a timely and organized manner. This role ensures inventory accuracy, leads a team of warehouse staff, and upholds health and safety regulations while aligning with company distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure efficient route planning and on-time delivery.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers; manage shift scheduling and workload distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage warehouse space effectively for optimized storage and movement of goods.
• Handle documentation and reporting related to warehouse operations, including stock movements, damages, and returns.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper usage and reporting faults promptly.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Finance to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.
• Proven experience in team leadership and warehouse supervision.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP tools.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
