Role Description:

· Manage the full production process for events, including branding items, giveaways, and event materials.

· Oversee and coordinate all audio-visual aspects, including lighting, sound systems, screens, and stage setups.

· Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of event components.

· Handle logistics such as booking hotels, flights, and tour arrangements for team members and guests.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.

· Troubleshoot on-site event issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.

· Assist in budget tracking, cost estimation, and vendor negotiation for event-related services.

· Prepare and maintain event documentation, reports, and operational records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Completed or exempted from military service.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in event management operations.
  • Strong understanding of event production, branding, and audio-visual coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
