The Social Media team leader collaborates with team members of the Marketing and other Dopamine

travel & tourism departments to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.

They are responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media

communications, including advertisements. They use social media analytics to track & increase

engagement, identify emerging industry trends to develop the company's overall social media

presence

Design and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,

benchmarking, and messaging, and audience identification.

 Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages

community members to take action.

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's

social content

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key

players and coordinate actions.
