Mechanical Engineer – Site Team Leader
to join our team and oversee one of our major project sites in
Hurghada
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage on-site mechanical works (HVAC – Plumbing – Firefighting) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supervise and guide the site team, ensuring tasks are completed according to project plans and approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  • Prepare and follow up on site reports, progress updates, and technical submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Handle daily site operations and provide solutions to technical challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum
    4 years of proven experience
    in MEP site work (execution, not maintenance).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to relocate and work full-time at our
    Hurghada project site
    .
