Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Finishing Engineer. The Finishing Engineer will oversee and execute finishing tasks, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, timelines, and design specifications. Daily responsibilities include supervising contractors, conducting quality inspections, coordinating tasks with the construction team, and overseeing material usage and inventory. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting any on-site issues and ensuring compliance with safety and construction guidelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finishing and Interior Works, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and quality control
• Experience in Project Coordination and Timeline Management to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills to maintain standards and resolve operational challenges
• Strong Communication and Team Leadership abilities to manage contractors and collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in construction finishing projects, particularly in hospitality or commercial developments, is a plus
• Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or related project planning tools is an advantage
