Main Job Scope:

• Responsible for the following areas:

• • Utilities / Sewage Plant Treatment / Center Workshop

• • Short & long saving plan investments
• • Preventive Maintenance Program for SAR
• • Solar System control & production
• • Supporting sister companies when required

Key Role Description:

• Oversee hotel engineering operations and ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment, utilities, and systems.
• Report to each GM/HM on all engineering-related functions.
• Manage safety measures across resort areas and public zones.
• Propose and manage cost-saving projects.
• Set up engineering SOPs for all resorts.
• Optimize workforce efficiency and maintenance through centralization.
• Lead and manage the resort engineering team to fulfill all operational objectives.
• Review, plan, and oversee CAPEX, P&L, and budget processes.
• Plan and implement training programs for Chief Engineers and their assistants.
• Oversee softscape and hardscape maintenance.
• Attend hygiene inspections and ensure compliance follow-up.

Top Key Tasks & Missions:

Daily:

• Follow SAR engineering operations.
• Review H&P, STP operations, and ongoing project work.
• Coordinate with external companies for economic purposes.

Weekly:

• Corrective actions for engineering operations.
• Project progress reports.
• Review carpentry, R&M tasks, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct softscape and hardscape tours.

Monthly:

• PMP review.
• Engineering monthly reports.
• Project updates and follow-up.
• P&L review and comments.
• Review electro-mechanical inspections.

Annually:

• Prepare HLP and engineering budgets for the following year.
• Evaluate engineering manpower and performance.
• Plan yearly projects and environmental certification renewals.

Meetings:

• Daily: Management briefings and Cluster GM meetings.
• Weekly: Hotel Manager and Chief Engineer reviews.
• Monthly: P&L, project, and inspection reports.
• Annual: Budget, performance appraisal, and major planning sessions.

Committees:

• Crisis Committee
• Projects & Upgrades Committee
• Environmental Certification Committee
• Industrial Safety Committee

Exhibitions:

• Solar System
• Energy Saving Systems
• Hotel Equipment & Systems

Licenses & Authorities:

• Hotel License renewals (Civil Defense, Utilities, etc.)
• Liaise with Electricity, Gas, Civil Defense, and City Council

• Monthly Keen Fix and maintenance reports
• Quarterly and annual preventive maintenance reports
