• Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury hotels or resorts (mandatory).
• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English

• Solid financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and driving profitable performance.

• Deep understanding of quality assurance, health & safety, and compliance standards.
