PRIME HRG Developments, a leading developer creating breathtaking projects along the stunning Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt, is seeking a talented and results-oriented Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team.

Role Description

  • Manage and oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate and updated sales data
  • Control and manage all incoming leads from different channels (online, brokers, walk-ins, campaigns)
  • Ensure proper and fair distribution of leads to the sales team based on predefined rules
  • Monitor lead assignment, follow-up, and status updates throughout the sales cycle
  • Track sales pipeline performance from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure sales team compliance with CRM usage, data entry, and follow-up standards
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
  • Prepare regular CRM, leads, and sales activity reports for sales management
  • Coordinate with marketing team regarding lead sources, campaigns, and performance feedback
  • Support sales management by optimizing lead flow and improving conversion processes
  • Identify CRM gaps, misuse, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Train and guide sales team on proper CRM usage and lead management procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer and lead data

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or sales operations
  • Previous experience managing or leading a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is beneficial
  • Experience in the real estate industry
