Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in upper egypt, Egypt. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive business goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying market trends, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and leading the sales team to meet performance metrics. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives is also required.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including account management, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Expertise in market analysis, trend recognition, and creating effective sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to supervise and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and resolve challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the cable industry or B2B sales is an advantage
