Role Description

1- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

2-Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online advertising.

3-Generate and nurture sales leads in coordination with the sales team.

4-Maintain brand image and create marketing materials.

5-Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.

6-Plan and oversee property launches, open houses, and promotional events.

7-Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

8-Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, within the real estate industry
  • Market Planning and Market Research skills
  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is beneficial
  • Experience in the real estate industry
