Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Reservations Agent situated in Hurghada. The Hiring Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing phone reservations, ensuring effective customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, booking reservations, providing detailed information to clients, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in handling Reservations and providing Customer Service
  • Ability to manage Receptionist Duties efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • preferred a candidate not more than 30 years living in Hurghada .
