    is looking for a
    Reservation Supervisor & Agent
    to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily reservation operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Monitor booking trends and suggest improvements to enhance services.
  • Train and supervise reservation staff to ensure high performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee individual and group bookings, ensuring accuracy in rates, availability, and confirmations.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best deals.
  • Proactively handle booking discrepancies and overbooking cases.
  • Prepare regular reservation and occupancy reports to track performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and travel partners to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
  • Handle direct and indirect reservations efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners.
  • Ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role within the tourism/hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservations, both direct and indirect bookings.
  • Familiarity with tour operators, travel agents, and industry connections.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise a team and ensure smooth reservation operations.
  • Ability to work in the workplace.
