Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and B2B Business Development professional located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales growth. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for clients, managing sales operations, and contributing to strategic planning and target achievement. The candidate will play a vital role in achieving Medicova's growth objectives in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and foster business growth.
- Experience or capability in conducting Training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site professional environment in Cairo, Egypt.
- Experience in B2B sales or a healthcare-related industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
