Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2B Business Development & Sales professional. In this role, you will identify and pursue business opportunities, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with clients in the healthcare industry. You will conduct market research to understand sector needs, provide exceptional customer service, and generate strategies to meet sales goals. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to design tailored solutions for their recruitment needs will be a core part of your responsibilities.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in lead generation and market research techniques
  • Customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to provide a high standard of support
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and recruitment processes is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
