Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Engineer based in Cairo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in building relationships with business clients. The role involves providing pre-sales technical support, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with customer inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients and the engineering team to address technical concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Engineering to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Support skills to address technical issues and ensure smooth client onboarding and support processes.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships and effectively convey technical information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment and familiarity with financial or consultancy services is an advantage.
