Now, we're looking for an Accounting Team Leader to ensure that all bookkeeping operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Qoyod's quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support the bookkeeping team in delivering high-quality AP, AR, and financial statement services.
  • Review and optimize internal processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Provide management with clear reports, updates, and insights on operational performance.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with Qoyod's business goals and client expectations.
  • Guide team members in resolving technical and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and ensure all team targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain a strong continuity and backup plan to prevent service disruptions.
  • Oversee documentation, filing, and bookkeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience in an accounting or auditing firm is preferred
