We're Hiring: Sales Team Leader (Education Field)

Location: Dokki, Giza – On-site

  • Saturday: Work from Home
  • Sunday to Thursday: On-site (Office)
  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in Sales (at least 2 years in a Team Leader role)

Compensation Package:

  • Basic Salary (10k : 13k) + Commission + Semi-Annual Profit Share

About the Role:

Expert Engineers is looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong experience in the educational / training field to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, setting sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven sales experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role).
  • Strong background in sales within the education / training industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the training & educational sector.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle key client accounts and support the closing of high-value deals.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze KPIs to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
