About the Job:

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Team Lead to join our Facility Department in Egypt. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of a Technical Industrial Institute, with hands-on experience in building maintenance operations. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, monitoring facility systems, and ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are properly executed. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, assigning daily maintenance tasks and ensuring timely completion.

• Monitor and maintain all electrical systems, including panels, lighting, and power distribution.

• Follow up on HVAC systems operations and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

• Oversee plumbing works and resolve any mechanical issues within the facilities.

• Inspect and ensure the functionality of firefighting and fire alarm systems, including fire extinguishers.

• Monitor generator, fuel levels, and ensure regular testing and servicing.

• Follow up on maintenance-related requests and tickets submitted through the Tawasol System, ensuring timely resolution.

• Prepare and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and verify implementation.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance documentation across both buildings.

• Be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis as required by operations.

Requirements: 

• Technical Industrial Institute graduate (preferably specialized in Electrical).

• 1 to 3 years of experience in facility or building maintenance.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting

• systems.

• Ability to lead technicians, manage priorities, and handle maintenance operations efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

• Willingness to work on rotational shifts when needed.
