Position: Senior Sales Engineer – Flooring Segment Expert

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly experienced in 
flooring materials
 (vinyl, LVT, carpet, safety flooring, etc.)

Skilled in 
specification work
 with consultants & design offices

Strong in 
B2B sales
 and project follow-up

Confident with 
site visits, BOQ reviews, and technical presentations

Able to open new markets and build long-term client relationships

Capable of driving sales growth and handling key accounts

 
Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with 
    consultants, designers, contractors, and developers
  • Generate specifications
     and ensure our flooring solutions are included in projects
  • Handle leads from first contact → meeting → proposal → closing
  • Conduct 
    technical presentations
     and highlight product advantages
  • Build and maintain a solid 
    project pipeline
  • Coordinate with the technical team for installation requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

 
Requirements

  • 3–5+ years
     experience in the flooring industry (MUST)
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of LVT, vinyl, carpet, and acoustic flooring
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit targets
  • Valid driving license
