Over the years, ElFateh has grown from its original beginnings to a diversified business with multiple lines of operations in structural steel, plate works, manufacturing of caravans and shelters, and building envelope systems (roof and wall cladding).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting clients with technical inquiries, and offering solutions to meet their specific needs. The role also includes presenting and demonstrating products, providing feedback, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil - Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong creativity and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical background at sandwich panels manufacturing and keen to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handeling, and winning deals.
  • Develop a marketing strategy to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Follow up with customers with their orders, complaints and inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers' orders to ensure timely delivery with no delays.
  • Follow up with the finance department for customers' payments and invoices till deal closure.
  • Evaluate and issue commercial offers for tenders.
  • Follow up tender submission with clients. (Commercial offer, letter of guarantee, abiding by technical requirements).
