We're Hiring: Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Borehole Segment

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic engineer to lead sales of deep-well pumps and motors across agriculture, utilities, and industrial sectors.

What You'll Do:

Own and deliver sales targets for assigned products

Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities

Strengthen and grow existing client accounts through solution-based selling

Lead RFQ responses and commercial proposals with accuracy and competitiveness

Perform technical pump selections and provide guidance to customers

Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely service resolution

Support management in strategic marketing, competitive analysis, and portfolio expansion

What We're Looking For:

●5–10 years of experience in technical sales (deep-well pumps & motors preferred)

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

● Strong communication and sales skills

● Ability to travel locally to visit clients

● Very good command of English (spoken & written)
