Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface processing, and chemical engineering projects.
  • Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the African region, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.
  • Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects — from business opportunity identification to project delivery and payment collection.
  • Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security units to ensure safe and timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular project progress reporting and promptly resolve issues encountered during execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to foster and sustain long-term cooperative relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Natural Gas Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of international marketing experience with proven team management background. Familiar with global market dynamics, channel development, and international product pricing; extensive experience in both online and offline international business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Arabic, or French, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Market Insight: Sharp market awareness and strong judgment of channel marketing trends; familiar with various online international marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business execution capability; able to develop and implement effective sales plans, policies, and strategies.
