*Role Overview

The Account Director leads the Account Management team in the Egypt branch, overseeing all Saudi client accounts. This role ensures efficient client service delivery, alignment with company objectives, and continuous improvement of client satisfaction. Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, the Account Director ensures that strategies, campaigns, and deliverables meet both business and creative standards.

*Key Responsibilities

1.Leadership & Team Management

-Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team, fostering professional growth and leadership skills.

-Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.

-Establish performance evaluation systems to accurately measure team and individual outcomes.

-Identify skill gaps and implement tailored development plans to enhance team efficiency.

-Promote collaboration, accountability, and proactive communication across teams.

2.Client Relationship Management

-Oversee all Saudi client accounts managed by the Egypt branch.

-Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

-Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients.

-Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all campaigns and projects.

3.Operational & Strategic Oversight

-Review and approve client strategies, proposals, and presentations before submission.

-Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives.

-Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Digital, Finance) to ensure campaign excellence and efficiency.

-Identify and implement strategies to optimize account performance and client retention.

4.Business Growth & Development

-Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

-Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.

-Contribute to shaping the agency's regional positioning and strategic growth.

5.Performance & Reporting

-Monitor and report on account performance, revenue growth, and team achievements.

-Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

-Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and documentation for all managed accounts.

*Qualifications & Skills

-8–10+ years of experience in account management within advertising, marketing, or related industries.

-Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

-Strong client relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.

-Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach.

-Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
