What We Need

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own and scale our paid media strategy across multiple platforms.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on driving performance, managing large budgets, and leading a team. You'll oversee high-volume media buying operations, build scalable acquisition funnels, and optimise campaigns with a sharp focus on ROI, CAC, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-obsessed performance marketer with proven experience scaling campaigns across platforms and confidently managing multi-million-pound budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel media buying strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Ensure performance best practices are applied across all campaigns.
  • Own the allocation and optimisation of large-scale ad budgets to maximise ROI and achieve acquisition targets.
  • Design and implement full-funnel prospecting and remarketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee product catalogue synchronisation and optimise Google Merchant Center and product feeds for visibility and performance.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis using GA4, attribution models, and platform dashboards to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and landing pages that scale effectively.
  • Continuously test new platforms, audiences, and campaign structures to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm shifts, and platform innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
  • Proven track record managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience managing large budgets and consistently achieving CPA/CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Deep expertise in GA4, attribution modelling, and advanced performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and A/B testing.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email automation.
  • Leadership experience managing and upskilling media buying teams.
  • Excellent strategic communication and reporting skills.
