Role Overview:

ARQQA is looking for a Senior Media Buyer with 3–5 years of experience, including solid hands-on experience in E-commerce performance marketing. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Develop performance-focused media strategies for E-commerce and lead-generation clients.

Manage budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROAS, CPA, and overall performance KPIs.

Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a daily basis using data-driven insights.

Prepare clear performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.

Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and industry best practices.

Participate in media planning, forecasting, and quarterly performance reviews.

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.

Strong experience managing E-commerce paid campaigns (essential).

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and key paid media platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixels).

Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution models).

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Previous agency experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience with automation tools or data dashboards.

Familiarity with creative strategy and ad concept development.

Experience scaling high-budget E-commerce accounts.

Work Environment:

Full-time role based in Cairo.
