Job Overview

As a Merchant Acquisition Specialist at Seena Pay, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new merchants to join our platfrom. You'll play a key role in expanding Seena Pay's footprint across target markets, ensuring that merchants clearly understand the value of our products.

Job Description

  • Identify and reach out to prospective merchants
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Perform the onboarding process for new merchants
  • Follow up leads in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to improve acquisition campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • 1+ years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development
  • Experience in Fintech or payments is a nice to have.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English is required.
