  • Role Description
  • This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Merchant Acquisition. He will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants to Giftek s platform. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential merchant partners, developing and maintaining relationships with merchants, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring seamless integration into the Giftek platform. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to attract new merchants.
  • Own the full merchant acquisition cycle end-to-end
  • Outreach, pitch, negotiate, and sign merchant partners
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements until merchants go live
  • Coordinate technical and commercial requirements for onboarding
  • Follow up through all internal approvals
  • Manage documentation and sign contracts
Desired Candidate Profile

+5 years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Merchant Acquisition

Proven experience acquiring merchants (especially for gift cards, loyalty, fintech, or payment products)

Past involvement in digital products or platforms (marketplaces, loyalty, delivery apps, BNPL, etc.)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build relationships with brand decision-makers

Bonus: existing merchant network
