Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Admissions Officer based in New Cairo. The Admissions Officer will assist prospective students with the application and admissions process for international educational institutions. Responsibilities include providing personalized guidance, evaluating applications, communicating with university representatives, conducting consultations to understand student goals, and offering high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience for students.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and university representatives.
  • Knowledge and expertise in International Admissions and Education processes are essential.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on providing personalized support and fostering positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple applications and manage time effectively.
  • Relevant work experience or training in student advising, admissions processes, or education consulting is an advantage.
