About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Registry Officer
to join our academic services team. The role is essential in managing student records, academic registration, scheduling, and examination logistics, ensuring a smooth academic experience for both students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Student Records:
Maintain accurate student data, attendance, grades, and academic plans while monitoring scholarships and academic holds. - Registration Setup:
Prepare module information, student grouping, and course enrollment according to Coventry University standards. - Faculty & Facility Logistics:
Handle faculty assignments, classroom bookings, and facility management to support academic operations. - Scheduling:
Coordinate semester timetables for schools, ensuring optimal allocation of rooms, faculty, and student schedules. - Examinations:
Plan and oversee exam logistics including room allocation, invigilation, and timetable creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in academic administration or registry operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English and strong computer proficiency (Excel, student information systems, scheduling tools).
