Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Solutions Consultant
with a strong background in
AI and technical pre-sales
to join our growing Solutions & Innovation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, presenting, and implementing next-generation AI and automation solutions for enterprise clients—bridging business needs with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    technical pre-sales
    and
    solutions consulting
    engagements for AI-driven transformation projects.
  • Design and deliver
    LLM-powered and Generative AI solutions
    tailored to client objectives and industry standards.
  • Partner with internal and client stakeholders to
    identify and prioritize AI use cases
    aligned with measurable business outcomes (e.g., efficiency, cost savings, customer experience).
  • Conduct
    AI/ML architecture design
    , proof-of-concepts, and model evaluations to ensure scalability and impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to
    implement and integrate AI models
    into enterprise environments.
  • Prepare and deliver
    technical presentations, demos, and proposals
    that effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay up to date with
    emerging AI tools and frameworks
    (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines) and continuously enhance solution quality and innovation.
  • Support
    business development and bid processes
    through solution design, technical documentation, and customer workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years
    of experience in
    technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or AI implementation
    roles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Generative AI
    and
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM, LLaMA).
  • Strong technical foundation in
    data structures, NLP/NLU/NLG, ML pipelines, and prompt engineering
    .
  • Proven experience in
    enterprise-grade AI deployments
    , including model evaluation, customization, and integration.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to ideate and troubleshoot
    real-world client challenges
    using state-of-the-art AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    RAG architectures
    ,
    LangChain
    ,
    vector databases
    , and
    cloud AI platforms
    (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Previous exposure to
    contact center AI
    ,
    automation
    , or
    CX transformation
    projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
    .
