Company Description

EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for Sr. HR Generalist for one of our clients in the Real Estate Company located in New Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Handle daily HR operations (recruitment, personnel, payroll).
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Handle the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • From 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
  • HR Diploma is a MUST.
  • Experience in real estate companies is preferred.
  • Proven experience in payroll, personnel, and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good up to excellent in MS Office.
  • New Cairo or nearby residences is preferred.
