HR Generalist – Job Description (5–7 Years Experience)

Location: New Cairo – Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Serviceekee seeks an experienced HR Generalist with 5–7 years of experience to manage and support full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll inputs, training coordination, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with department managers.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation with proper documentation for new hires.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, maintaining a positive work environment and supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, track KPIs, and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs; maintain skill development records.
  • Prepare accurate payroll inputs and maintain benefits records.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies; update HR policies as needed.
  • Oversee attendance and leave reporting; generate HR metrics reports.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience in mid-sized or fast-growing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
  • High confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
