Our client, is a top-tier software company, who is looking for a Senior HR Generalist with proven experience in tech recruitment. This role will play a key part in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration to support a thriving workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tech recruitment for software development and, product roles
  • Handle personnel administration, contracts, and employee records
  • Oversee social insurance and ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law
  • Support and roll out HR policies, engagement initiatives, and culture programs

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • 2+ years hands-on tech recruitment experience this is a MUST
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset and a people-first approach
