Senior HR Generalist

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.
- Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans.
- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
- Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave
Requirements* Qualification/Degree: Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, Senior or Supervisor level experience is acceptable.
* Maximum Age: 35-37 years.
* Language Skills: English level ranging from Good to Very Good.
* Industry Background: Experience in the translation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
