Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Generalist (Operations Officer), located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Generalist will be responsible for daily HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies and practices, managing employee benefits, and supporting effective HR administration. This role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining records, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting employees with HR-related matters. Collaboration across departments to support operational and employee experience goals will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
- Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
