Role Description

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing of raw materials (tomato paste, spices, oils, stabilizers, etc.) and packaging materials (bottles, caps, labels, film).
  • Ensure continuous supply availability based on production plans and sales forecasts.
  • Issue purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and annual performance evaluations.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and negotiate strategic long-term agreements.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost-saving targets.
  • Analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and global commodity changes.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for raw materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

7–10 years procurement experience in
FMCG food manufacturing
.

  • Strong background in
    sauces, condiments, or food ingredients
    purchasing.Demonstrated skills in Supplier Negotiation and contract management

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Strong knowledge of food raw materials & packaging.

Analytical and cost-oriented mindse

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
