Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Section Head, located in
East Oweinat
, Egypt. The Quality Control Section Head will oversee and manage quality control processes within FCG's production facilities.

Qualifications

  • BS.C of Science or Veterinary, Agriculture.
  • Strong command of English and computer skills (Excel/Word)
  • Food Safety training (ISO 22000, BRCGS, ISO 9001, GMP, GHP, GLP)
  • Proven experience in Quality Control Franche Fries industry
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on findings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, Cold-chain management, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) – Monitor and control production processes using statistical methods to ensure consistent quality.
  • Lean Tools – Apply Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Total Quality Management (TQM) – Implement TQM principles to drive continuous quality improvement across all operations.
