Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a PMO Manager (Civil & Architecture) located in Qesm 2nd 6 October.

The PMO Manager will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities include program management, prioritizing project portfolios, improving business processes, and supervising resource allocation.

The PMO Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and implement strategies for efficient project delivery while maintaining quality standards and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Program Management and Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • PMP is required.
  • PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale civil or architectural projects is preferred
