Technical Office Manager – Cold

We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead all technical, design,

and documentation activities related to cold room panels and clean room

partitions within our growing projects portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation for cold

room and clean room systems

 Ensure alignment between design, production, and site execution

 Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, QA/QC, and Procurement teams

 Manage technical submittals, revisions, and approvals with clients and

consultants

 Drive standardization, accuracy, and efficiency across technical office outputs

 Lead and develop a team of technical office engineers

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering

 Proven experience in technical office roles within construction or industrial

projects

 Strong knowledge of panel systems, partitions, shop drawings, and BOQs

 Proficiency in AutoCAD and related engineering tools

 Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
