Job Description:

  • Follow up on all projects implementation action plans and corrective actions with their stakeholders
  • Timely creation and delivery of effective, accurate progress and executive reports
  • Manage projects and coordinate all contributors (internal and external)
  • Handling the whole company request forms for adding responsibilities, reports, and utilities
  • Follow up with all areas managers on their plans progress, missing tasks and resources allocations, to ensure having a proper plans.
  • Timely creation and delivery of effective, accurate progress and executive reports.
  • Attend all CITO meetings with projects stakeholders in sake of monitoring (sending MOM), and following up (preparing action plan).
  • Identify and follow-up on the agreed corrective actions to overcome any showstoppers/risk that could negatively effect on projects progress.
  • Handling the whole company request forms for adding responsibilities, reports, and utilities.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: University degree in computer science, statistics or equivalent knowledge.
  • Relevant Project Management Experience
  • 3-5 year's of experience in the Project Management field.
  • Ability to lead and direct small/medium and cross functional team.
  • PMP certified is a plus.
  • Language Requirements: Good command of English.
  • Experience in Oracle
