Role Description

The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff and production processes, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Production Manager will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate production teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with organizational design and restructuring to align resources effectively.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing innovative strategies to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR processes such as job analysis, competency modeling, and performance management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
