Job Responsibilities::

  • Understanding manufacturing processes on CNC machines.
  • Planning Production Activities.
  • Study production capacity.
  • Develop production schedules and monitor the efficiency of production processes.
  • Manage changes to production schedules to ensure adherence to production deadlines.
  • Develop raw material requirements plans to meet planned orders.
  • Using ERP system .
  • Review raw materials and components with the purchasing department and issue purchase orders.
  • Prepare a weekly report on the status of raw materials and components for review with the supply chain.
  • Develop requirements plans.
  • Contact the purchasing department to issue the necessary supply orders for components included in the production schedule, follow up to ensure they are properly routed, added to the import schedule, and disbursed to manufacturing centers.
  • Monitor the availability of required supplies, ensure they are supplied on time, and conduct daily follow-up (issuing supply orders/required quantities/required delivery dates). Continuous communication with the purchasing department to ensure timely availability and the required inventory.
  • Follow up on the identification of various items (materials/components/semi-finished products/finished products) and link them to warehouses and departments within the factory.
  • Request approved modifications from the engineering departments, whether for a standard modification or the addition or deletion of any item in the product structure.
