Recruiter Intern

Remote | Internship (Part-time, 5 months)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding efforts. You'll help recruit students, ambassadors, and other roles, manage job postings, screen applicants, and create content to showcase daily life at USAM.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people, recruitment, and social media—looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, internal groups)
  • Filter CVs, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews
  • Recruit ambassadors, students, and other roles for different departments
  • Support the content team in creating behind-the-scenes content (Instagram, TikTok) to reflect work life at USAM
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/spreadsheets)
  • Draft job descriptions and assist in employer branding campaigns
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role priorities

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and digital content
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, job boards, and content creation tools
  • Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup

Internship Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Time: Part-time, flexible hours
  • Compensation: Unpaid trial; can transition to paid based on performance
