Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Head Nurse in the Operations Room. The Head Nurse will oversee the operations of the room, manage nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with medical professionals to optimize procedures. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing nursing protocols, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing critical patient support and supervision.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Nursing, Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine
  • Proven experience in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and supervise nursing staff
  • Skills in Patient Care, with a focus on providing compassionate and effective service
  • Exceptional decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is required; additional certifications in critical care or management are advantageous
  • Previous experience in an operations room or similar setting is highly desirable
