Job Summary:

A Data Analyst to take full ownership of data reporting and performance insights across

our sales, products, and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data that empowers strategic decision-making across

departments including marketing, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Analytics


• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance at company-wide and store

levels


• Identify trends, seasonality, and performance across locations and channels (instore,

app, delivery)


• Support forecasting efforts and revenue planning with data-backed models

Product Performance


• Track sales and margin contribution by product/category


• Analyze product sales, upsell potential, and contribution to Average Order Value.


• Recommend adjustments to product mix, pricing strategies, and bundling based on

insights

Store Performance


• Develop performance dashboards for each location, including KPIs like conversion,

, footfall and operating hours efficiency


• Benchmark stores against one another and surface underperformance patterns


• Support expansion and closure decisions with location-based performance data

Reporting & Dashboards


• Build and maintain real-time dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, … etc


• Deliver clear and actionable reports to stakeholders across departments on a

scheduled and ad-hoc basis


• Create performance scorecards and monthly executive summaries


• Present the needed report through the presentation tools in needed.

Data Management & Integrity


• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms (POS, CRM, delivery

partners, ERP)


• Clean and standardize raw data for analysis purposes


• Collaborate with IT/data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and

infrastructure

Cross-functional Collaboration


• Work closely with marketing and product teams to support data-driven decisionmaking


• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and recommend actions

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role (experience in

F&B or retail or FMCG a strong plus)


• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, …

etc)


• Strong in visualizing data and strong presentation creating.


• Experience with statistical modeling or forecasting tools is a plus


• Strong problem-solving skills and business sense.


• Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex data in simple term.


• Very good English language.
